Shrouta School श्रौत विद्यालयः

Shrouta refers to the elaborate Vedic rituals and sacrifices prescribed in the Shrouta Sutras, performed with multiple fires and priests.

Course Overview

The Shrouta school trains students in the theory and practice of major Vedic sacrifices and rituals according to Shrouta Sutra traditions.

9:00 PM 8 Hours Rest and Sleep

Total Study: 9 Hours Veda Study and 2 Hours Sanskrit & Modern Subjects per day.

Holidays & Special Days

  • Anadhyayana days Poornima/ Amavasya and Pratipat are Holidays
  • Ashtami and Chaturdashi evenings are entertainment or free lance hours for personality development
  • Students are taken out to tours once/ twice a year
  • Students are allowed to take two weeks of leave to visit Native Place after completion of a course or after 2 years
